I’m Project Manager for a Telecommunications company, at this time our company have asked us to set up our goals for the rest of the year, and also include the skills we have to develop accordingly.
My goal is to establish a Project Management process discipline in the following areas for our Region:
a) Financial and Budget control for Projects
b) Proposal processes definition/documentation
c) Subcontractor Management:
a.Budgetary analysis
b.Qualification
c.Certification
d.Performance Monitoring
Can anyone out there can help me out, by providing me feedback or guidance as to the skills that I need to develop in order to achieve this goal?. I’m having a hard time trying to figure out what courses orseminars should I attend or how should I be involved interacting with other departments of the company in order to gain experience and knowledge.
