I,m using a dual boot OS and my hard drive is connected in same IDE cable,my problem is my 2nd hard drive read slow a 40gig and partition into 2,can any one give me and idea whats causing my hard drive to read slow,i already check it or scan it by a software HD tune and says i have a clean one.pls.help?
