Slipstream Copy of Win2K with SP2

Following instructions in a Windows 2000 Professional Tip to “Create a Slipstream Copy of Win2K with SP2”, I get the following error message:
Update.exe – Entry point not found. The procedure entry point SetupCopyOEMinfa could not be located in thedynamic link library SETUPAPI.dll.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem?
