Slipstream IE7 to WinXP SP2 CD

Hi,
Can IE7 be slipstreamed to the WinXP SP2 CD that is created?
Has IE7 been made available in the package of updates, etc., so it can be slipstreamed to make a WinXP IE7 CD?
