I unplugged my PC due to a scheduled power outage; when I plugged everything in, my PC takes about 15 to 20 minutes to boot up. It is stuck on the Dell logo. This happens every time the PC is unplugged. Any thoughts? The only thing that I’ve changed before this is occurring, is that I installed a 500GB HD.
