Slow Client tools

I have recently upgraded part of my NT4 domain to mixed mode NT4/2003 AD.

I have installed the ADMINPAK client tools on my wXP sp1a pc, but they take at times over 2mins to actually load up. Everything else seems to be ok (so far) any clues as to where I should look?
