I’m using a serial port ISDN terminal adapter config’d for dual channel 128Kbps. When connected to a Win 98 machine, I get 115Kbps (max for a serial port) but when connected to my W2K machine I only get 64Kbps. Have tested each channel individually,get only 32Kbps each. Have reviewed serial port & dial up settings with manufacturer, tried different IP. Suggestions?
