slow logins with Xp Pro and NT Server

Recently, we installed 15 XP Pro computers on a Win NT Server 4.0 network with 75 NT 4.0 workstations. Now, all the NT workstations have a very slow login. In some cases, 5 minutes. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening???
