I have a small network at home consisting of a cable modem feeding into a Netopia R910 router which is chained to a SMC 10/100 8 port hub which has 1 Win2k server and 3 Win2k workstations attached. All data is kept on the server and file access is very slow. The built in hub on the Netopia is 10Mb, which is why I have the server and workstations attached to the 100Mb hub. Only protocol running is TCP/IP, all machines are high end and have static IP addresses. Any ideas?
