Slow Performance on a Win2000

Twice a week at 4 in the afternoon my network just about stops and I have to reboot the server. I am runing a 2000 native network and have Trapeze, ArcServe, Citrix running on the servers, with 4 Gig of ram and plenty of H/D free. There are no backups running or other scheduled services running that I can see.
