Slow printer selection

I have a problem with one department. When they go to print and select which printer they want, when the drop down menu is pressed and the printer selected it can take upto a minute for the printer to select.

The next time it selects any printer instantly.

All printers are shared on a print server and other departments have no issues. I am thinking its some share or something on one printer that only they use but cant think what.
