slow reboot on win2k prof

i have an IBM SYSTEM with PIII @ 1 GHz & 1`28 MB RAM. i installed win 2000 professional on it.

i finding its very slow at the startup , it takes lot of time to boot.

whatz the problem? how do i resolve it ?
