slow server file access

We have a peer to peer network with 4 PCs and 1 Win2000 server.
Everything is working fine except if I run MYOB on the win2000 server and open the company file which sits on 1 of the other pcs, it takes about 15 minutes for the file to come up….From every other PC it is almost instantaneous……

Any suggestions?
