Hello,
So, I have a DVD with a crack in it, and I’d like to recover the information on it. I’ve read there’s the potential for the DVDs to shatter, and it’s better to use a slow DVD player, however, I have no slow DVD player.
Yet, most burn software allows me to burn at slower speeds, so I assume it should be possible to tell the DVD to read at slower speeds as well. Does anyone know of a program that can tell a DVD player to read at the slowest speed possible?
