I have a app that runs an electron microscope and needs to run at 20MHz. The computer it is currently running on is on its way out. Wondering if any knows of a way to run the app on a Windows 4.0 NT Celeron 400MHz box but trick the app into thinkingit is running at 20MHz. Any help would be great.
