Is it possible to slow down a mouse scroll?
I am particularly talking about Word when you want to highlight several paragraphs using the mouse . . . inevitable the mouse runs away and I end up highlighting the whole of the document!
Does anybody know a way around this without resorting to using the keyboard cursor keys?
