When pc clients access secured Internet sites using Internet Explorer, screens are drawing extremely slow. Up to the point where the site goes to a secured window, response time is fast. We are accessing the internet through Microsoft Proxy 2.0 onan NT 4.0 server. This speed problem does not occur on home DSL or Cable Modem connections.
