Well, just as my discussion had stated, Dells are shinola. Came in on this fine Monday morning to see the BSOD. Hard drive crashed. So I get another HD and the SM bus controller driver will not load.
The chip that shows up in device manager is the cheapo ACPI Uniprocessor PC. Could anyone please tell me what chipset this is most like? I am running a GX270 with XP Pro. Also, could you let me know where to get a driver or supply a link?
