Small Business Server 2000 logon problem

After installing SBS200 on a mulihomed server with a standard instalation users cannot logon unless i install netbeui. TCP/IP is install WINS / DNS / DHCP. All i get is password is incorrect or access to the server is denied ?. Netbeui is happy to logon.
