We are a small business (13 total employees in 3 locations). We have been crashing at the videoconference room of a larger firm for a few months, and we need our own setup. It needs to be relatively professional as most web conferencing will involve clients at big firms. We are looking to keep the system at or under $3k.
will our conference partner need the same software as we have?
if so, is there an agreed-up software platform for most businesses?
any hardware/system recommendations?
we have 3Mbps internet (Verizon high speed for business. will we need something better or can we just plug Ethernet into the videoconferencing hardware?
