I need guidlines to follow to justify my staffing for SMS 2.0. I have to install SMS 2.0 @ 7 sites with approx. 8000 – 12000 clients total. I am having a hard time getting staffing to help me with this project, I am requesting 2 resourses plus myself to get this task completed. Management cannot seem to understand why I would require 2 members of my team be at each site for the Server setups. If anyone can point me in the correct direction for staffing this project it would be greatly appreciated!!
