Good Day! we just want to ask we’re having problem sendng emails we tried to test our smtp connection :
in microsoft Telnet> open 25 then we press enter but we received a message of >
Connecting To could not open connection to the host.. on port 25: connect failed.
Our has no firewall on it, our firewall was installed on our proxy server. Also we can send & receive emails within our domain account only, we can’t send emails outside our domain e.g to our yahoo account etc., we can’t reach the consultant who installed the pop3 mail server to seek assistance, we have no network administrator, we don’t know what to do, hope u could help us. Thanks a lot!
