The SMTP Service on my SBS 2003 computer is continually
starting and never starts. I keep getting this message
SMTPSVC service is Start Pending.
This service transports electronic mail across the network. If this
service
is stopped, messages are not delivered to the recipients.
For more information about this event, see the event logs on the
server
computer. You can restart this service by using the View Services
task in
the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.
You can disable this alert by using the Change Alert Notifications
task.
The start, stop, pause etc. buttons are grey out and unavailable.
What could be the problem?
Thanks
