I am still kind of new to this type of management however I am trying to monitor a test pc over the internet and cannot seem to get it going. I have tried public and private strings and I am not sure if this is even the problem. I am not sure if the router is blocking me or not, it allows RDP fine. I have tried disabling the firewall as well and put 161 and 162 udp ports on the exception and still nothing. Any Ideas?
