snmp.exe-Entry Point Not Found

By 1111 ·
I just installed SNMP Services on NT 4.0 Workstation logged in as LOCAL admin.
Files were copied smoothly. However, after I rebooted the PC, i received this error: The procedure entry point SnmpSvcGetEnterpriseOID could not be located in the dynamic link library snmpapi.dll. Any idea what it meant and how to fix it?
Thanks.
