recently i was going through some documentation on how to play around with the kernel on ubuntu. and not being a hardcore fan yet (i have used ubuntu on my friends’ pcs but not yet on my own… getting down to it soon) i have no idea of how the kernel controls the processes.. like what methods it uses. after much searching i thought i’d just ask the question myself so…
does anyone know how the SMP kernel controls the processes in ubuntu?
