This PC was infected with a Sobig.F virus. It has Windows XP home and Outlook 2000. After scanning with the Norton Sobig removal tool, and Norton AV 2003, 50 infected filed were deleted. Using Webmail we deleted all the virus files, but cannot download the email as we get the window to reenter password. this window reappears 100’s of times and prevents downloading email. Is there an error in windows or is there another undetected virus in the system?
