Their Pay Rates are different.

the Programmer is also allowed to get away with Blue Murder as they are a uncontrollable bunch at the best of times who have to be kept away from members of the public as they are dirty, uncouth individuals who scare everyone that they run into.

A Software Analyst is better dressed and less likely to abuse someone in Shop Language than a programmer so they are allowed to roam certain parts of the Companies Building but again never any Public Place as they may resort to acting like a Programmer. They also get paid less than a Programmer as well.

A Software Engineer depending on the company is better Dressed and almost able to be allowed near the public. They generally speaking know how to behave and can interact with others not involved in Computers and they get paid less than a Software Analyst.

But some companies call Programmers Software Engineers so in a case like that they are treated like Programmers. Impossible to deal with but good at their jobs if you can get them interested though and no one else is capable of doing it right and getting it to work.

Do you understand now?
