I have 2 users on my computer. I have Windows XP pro. both of the accounts on my computer Is Admin accounts. I am looking for software that will let me turn off startup programs and processes for 1 user not both? What I what to do Is leave 1 account just for video editing so I want to turn off everything on 1 user except my video editing program and leave everything on for the the second user. I know how to do It for all users under MSCONFIG.
