  Hard to offer help without knowing what it is or what it is used for. What type of computer? What manufacturer? What does the software do?

  https://www.google.com/search?q=SEC+S3C6410X+Test+B%2FD finds download sites for the driver. But that doesn’t mean by definition that it’s free and for your (unknown) OS.
