Software for an Auto-Run CD

By wtkaic ·
Hi out there,

I want to have a PowerPoint presentation to run automatically at the time the customer starts the CD.
Does anyone know what does this require?
and how?

Thank you.

Callie

Hello...

This can be done.

AutoRun is triggered whenever a CD is mounted (inserted) and a file named autorun.ini is present in the root directory. You prepare that file before you burn the CD. It specifies the program or document file to run when the CD is mounted (inserted).

Of course, for this to work, the PC must have MS PowerPoint or the PowerPoint Viewer already installed.
