Hello. We have 6 conference rooms at my company, and the director wants a screen in the lobby showing the vacancy of the rooms. The schedueling is done in 6 seperate Outlook/Exchange calendars, and I’d love to find some sort of software that can get information from the server, and update the screen on the fly. Does anybody know of such a program? Doesn’t mather if it’s webbased or not.
