Here we deal with repairing products we support. Does anybody have a suggestion for traking these products from the moment they arrive at our site, until the moment they are returned to the customer. Would like to track based on serial number, so we could determine where the product is during the repair process, example sent out, waiting for parts, repaired, waiting to ship etc…. Ideally it would also create a repair history.
