Software/network Probloms

I have windows XP home and a friend gave me windows xp pro as a gift so I installed it with no probloms but once finished the internet could not find a server so I went to device manager and looked at the network adapters under it is 1394 net adapter and nvidia nforce networking controller but the nvidia has a yellow ! next to it. so i thought it wasn’t the right driver but the couldn’t find the same driver that XP home is using Version 4.4.2.0 date 5/17/2004 provider nvidia also i have tried restarting my motom
