If the only files you are transferring are Photoshop, Illustrator (most any mainstream Adobe program for that matter), and Dreamweaver, then there is a good chance you are making matters more complicated than need be. I’m not 100% sure about Dreamweaver, but I know the Adobe programs save files in the same format for both Macs and PCs. The only difference in the files is that the mac versions don’t save the file (unless you turn on the necessary option in the Preferences of Photoshop and Illustrator to save with PC extensions) with the PC extensions by default. (i.e. .psd for Photoshop). So in order to open these files on a pc, you simply need to copy them over, add the PC extensions if not present, and double click them. If you have numerous such files, however, a simple batch renaming utility could prove useful.

The only trouble I have had getting Mac encoded Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop files on to my PC is that Macs do not automatically assign file extensions to the files. With no file extension the file shows up on my computer with no app associated with it. To correct this, I make the file name editable and add .ai or .psd or .tif (whatever I know it to be). If the app is installed on the system the file should now appear with an icon that represents the app. As for Dreamweaver, the files created by this app are .htm (shows elements as they will appear on the web) files that can also be opened as .txt files (shows the actual source code). Add either of these file extensions on the end and they can be opened in any web editor that I know of;the text versions can be opened in any text editor, if you prefer to write code. Have fun!
