Situation:
We have several computer labs with 30 computers. One of are labs has 14 different software programs. One program has a license for 15 computers, one has a 5 user license, another has a single user license, etc. and so.
Solution:
1- Take one computer and install all the software needed for the lab.
2- Hide the directories for each program after the installation is complete.
3- Make an image of the computer with Ghost and store it on the server.
4- Download the image to all computers in the lab.
Finally, use the security software we have in place and give certain computers access to the programs MAKING SURE NOT TO EXCEED THE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH PRIGRAM.
Question:
Is this a license\software violation??
