The company I work for is currently considering going full VOIP. I’ve only recently heard of software VOIP switches and was wondering how they stack up against a traditional PBX based setup… especially in terms of reliability, redundancy and application security. Can anyone give me a few pointers… or tell me where I can find a good source of reference?
