The client has problems printing to their dotmatrix printer kxp1695, The problem is when they print from Solutions 6 (accounting program)
If they print to the Konica photocopier first and then print to the dotmatrix it won’t print the whole report on the dotmatrix.
The only way to get around is to reboot the PC.
The dotmatrix printer is plugged into the WinNT server and the local machine is Windows 98.
