Solving Memory Dump Error (Blue screen e

How do I correct the constant MEMORY DUMP error on my computer?
I use a AMD 1GHz processor, 128MB RAM on a Pine motherboard.
Is this error hardware or software dependent?
This error is giving a hell of truoble. My system display a blue screen HEX codes freqently

This error has made my sstem very unstable even my Win 98 OS gets halted too.
