Well first things first

Edit your Post and remove your E Mail address. If you don't remove it your E Mail Address will be harvested by the Bots roaming the Net and your In Box will get filled with Spam for all time to come.

Secondly what the **** are you talking about here?

I can see there address in the cyberlink properties under the group or user names.

Cyberlink is a Software company who specialize in supplying Recording, Editing and Video Playing Software.

I have tried restore and every antivirus programs out there I am using a AT&T 2gate wireless router.

Restore on what and even if your OS has somehow been cracked why do you think any AV program would be of any use to you?

They have set up permission rules were cant install programs or get updates please help they even installed a keylogger program.

Not really sure how people could have got in to these systems not to mention what the **** you are asking here but assuming that they are some form of Computer Network what about reinstalling the OS from the supplied Recovery Media? Ideally if the systems have been Cracked so badly you should wipe the HDD's first to prevent reinfection. Something like Boot & Nuke or Kill Disc will wipe the HDD here and both are free to use

This has happened on all 4 laptops. please help email

Sounds as if you have left the System wide open to attack What are you using some sort of Unsecured WiFi Network here?

Let me guess it either didn't come with any security or you left the default Password on the Router in place didn't you?

So assuming the the router is also corrupted you'll need to reset it then reload all 4 NB without connecting any infected system tot he newly reset Router. There should be a Reset Switch on the back of the router to clear any altered settings and return it to it's Factory Defaults.

As for the 4 NB you'll need to use whatever came with them as Recovery Media to reload the systems. Also you'll need to backup all Data & Settings but as to how you achieve that you'll need to read the Help Files with your OS's and use what you have available to backup to.

You'll also need to understand that if your Systems have been Cracked your Data & Settings are most likely also infected so you'll need to isolate that first and not go near it till you have a working system with a functioning AV and Anti Malware Products and it's fully updated.

of course if you have a Backup you'll not need to worry about backing up your Data & Settings just wipe the 4 computers reset the Router and then reload the entire systems.

And incidentally the correct Term is your system has been Cracked not hacked.
