Some Public Folders Not Expanding in Outlook

I can create new public folders in ESM but when I go to check the folders in my Outlook, they won't open.
This is only the case for newly created folders. All folders previously made open fine.
The issue is that I accidentaly deleted my Default Website in IIS 6.0
I recreated the default website and set permissions so that OWA works, Push Mail works and so on. I can create Public Folders but then they won't expand.
Any help appreciated and an email to me at david@prtr.com would be appreciated. Posting back here is fine too.
