I am doing a network build out for a client and typically deploy Dell Sonicwalls for firewall/DHCP. They informed me the Sonicwalls are too expensive @ 1,000 a pop. What is a good router to deploy for 100MB down bandwidth? Router does not need a firewall. The switches are HPE 1920 PoE+s. Please advise.

Additional info – these networks will be running data, VoIP, and Audio/Video systems such as Sonos.

      Combo routers

I agree with the previous responses, Cyberoam is a nice idea 🙂 Also I can recommend combo models like here https://cozzy.org/best-modem-router-combo/ , they have nice quality and bring good connection 🙂 I say this from my own experience because I have Linksys N900 and it worked fine all time I have it, it’s much better than my previous TP-Link one 🙂 And many of such combo routers are rather cheap, for example some models cost only 70$ which I consider as a very good price, especially in case of such nice quality 🙂

      Recommendation for Sonicwall Alternative

      Isn’t Sonicwall UTM?

      I would suggest Fortigate

There are several types of Fortigate UTM such as 100D, 200D or 300D
You can select one by how many traffic you send

Fortigate has functions of F/W, VPN basically, and IPS is option

I think Sonicwall and Fortigate have similar functions as UTM

From my experience, as I work in the same department, Cyberoam would be best fit for you. (link removed by moderator)
