Running Windows 7 Ultimate RC [64 Bit] system, Sony Sound Forge 9E in compatiablity mode. Sound Forge Does NOT recognize/see the Fraunhofer MPEG Layer-3 Audio Decoder !!!
It worked fine for me under XP and Vista 64 Bit. It is the only Decoder I have ever found to convert MP3 to small enough file size for insertion into emails…I am lost as to how to fix this..
Can anyone help me with this matter, or am I just
out of luck with it under Windows 7 at this point ??
