I have a Sony Vaio TZ21 WN, when logging on using the fingerprint reader, everylooks ok, I get the green OK confirmation but then I get the following message:
“The system could not log you on. Make sure your username and domain are correct”. The username is correct and the machine just uses a local account and has never been on a domain.
Any ideas?
