This top of the line techology laptop with multimedia support, it started shutting down unexpectedly or to be more specific, there is a click then the screen is off and the power remains on and frozen, ALT+CTRL+DELETE does not work no why to shut itdown without the power botton!!
1-Impresion it overhits, but it is not the case I run this laptop 48 hours non stop in the safe mode without problems!
2-I did a complete recovery using the supplied CD’s with RE-FORMAT.
3-On my very first screen while entering the user name and product # for the 1st time usage the screen went blank again!
4-It can not be a conflict as it was restored to the factory setting, so the only possible cause should be a hardware problem!
5-I requested the support of Sonny, they replied and said trhey will process my request on time and never heard of them again!
Any one down there can help??
