When using my laptop yesterday, it wanted to restart after installing some updates, but I kept postponing it. Then, when I was shutting down, I told it to sleep rather than shut down. When I try to use it again later, I press the power button, but absolutely nothing happens. The green light on the power adapter comes on when plugged in, but the battery charging light on the computer does not blink.
Do you know if this is a power supply issue, of if I have a virus? If it is a power supply issue, can you help me with what to do first? I’ve opened up computers to work on them before, but it has been awhile.
