List the os and MSFT helped get it running. Now software that gets input from signals from line in on Soundcard do no work. the input signal comes from a radio. The regular audio goes thru, and can be heard on the speakers. Digital Code also coming from the radio does not pass into the program that decodes the digital signal codes. Is there a setting to fix this. Sent note to MSFT, and no answer!!
