I would very much appreciate a little help with this. Quite frequently, I find that I cannot get any sound – say from a YouTube video or other media sites like Playlist.com – but I still get the Windows “wav” sounds so it’s not an audio system problem.
Re-starting the computer solves the problem -until the next time.
System details: HP Pavilion, AMD 2 x 2M+, 2GB ram, Vista.
