Sound System

I had a virus on my disc, so i cleaned it down with a format on C:Format. Now that I have rebuilt my system, i can not get any sound from my machine what is possibly wrong, also my ‘Kensington’ camera fails to work as well. So I have lost touch withmy son in Australia, so it is important for me to fix my system !!
