When loading my sound schemes on Win 98SE, I just hear one of the sounds continualy sampling and will not shut down.
Why is this and how do I cure the problem.
I have re-installed the sound card and drivers but no joy. Norton diagnostics tellsme there is a problem but not where it is.
The card is a Creative soundblaster pro 220.
